About The Foundation
Established in 2019, The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was founded by a group of neighbors in Virginia's Willowsford community. The Foundation's mission is simple, we want to help others, and we want to have fun while doing it. We believe in the power of community, and feel strongly that each person has the ability to make a small but impactful difference in that community. In parallel, we recognize our privilege and blessings, and are dedicated to using those advantages to be of service to others, and to enrich the lives of those in need. Finally, we understand the importance of instilling these values in our children, so that they can forge the next generation of strong, charitable communities. We believe these values are the Foundation of strong communities, and even stronger human beings.

Keith Hample
As the founder of The Foundation, Keith watched his parents work hard to support their family and community. This drove his passion for giving and helping those around him.

Chris Garcia
Chris is a product of his local roots. He supports The Foundation to give back and share his good fortune and life experiences with his local community.

Matt Cumello
As a Loudoun County resident for over 20 years, Matt loves his community and believes that each person has the ability to make a small but impactful difference.

Jeffrey Bronaugh
Jeffrey sought to give back to his community. His efforts focus on making a local impact while engaging children in the process. His overall support has been instrumental in achieving these goals.

Brad Lucas
Brad has always sought out ways to give back to his community. His involvement with The Foundation has provided him with the opportunity to do just that, with the added benefit of collaborating with friends.

Michelle was born and raised in Sterling and settled in Loudoun. She has volunteered her time to her family and the community. The Foundation is special to her as it's a group of like-minded friends collaborating to make a positive impact in their community.
